SAGO to Import 1,020,000 Tons of Feed Barley

Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) has completed procedures for importing 1,020,000 tons of feed barley from European Union countries, Australia, North and South America (excluding Canada) and the Black Sea, which represents the fifth batch of Feed barley during the period (December 2019 – February 2020).
The Governor of the Organization, Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Faris said today that the fifth batch of imported barley comes within the framework of meeting the local demand and maintaining strategic stocks.
