Wuerttemberg state, southwestern Germany was an option. In Heidelberg alone there are two, from the Army V Corps and the U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR). There are currently 73,000 American military personnel deployed to Germany, and along with 100,000 dependents and ancillary personnel they form a sizeable market for goods and services.
