Published in Saudi Press Agency on 14 - 05 - 2019

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has announced the start of its Future Leaders Program in its fifth batch. The registration would be for men for the current year 2019 and will last until the 25th of May.
GACA went on to explain that the program aims to train and qualify twenty Saudi trainees who have recently graduated with a bachelor degree in Aviation Science, Aviation Safety, Airport Administration, Aviation Management and Airport Safety. The accepted nominees will work in specialized fields of operation at various airports around the Kingdom. This is part of GACA's efforts to keep abreast of the future developments and the importance it attaches to this creative industry and to raise the level of efficiency, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. GACA explained that applicants must fill the application through this direct link https://futureleaders.gaca.gov.sa or through GACA's website www.gaca.gov.sa
The Future Leaders Program seeks to fine-tune trainees in accordance with the highest standards and to provide them with distinguished training. This is in addition to gaining the experience and skills that they need to apply in the work place after graduating. A complete integrated and structured plan has been designed, which includes, theoretical training, on-the-job training. All trainees will be subjected to continuous assessments at each stage of the process.
It is worth mentioning that GACA has allocated the previous batch of the Future Leaders Program in its entirety to women. This is in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and GACA's keenness to empower Saudi women by increasing their participation rate in the labor market and by creating equal opportunities for male and female citizens.
