Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Receives Sheikh of Al-Azhar

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at Al-Yamamah palace here today Sheikh of Al-Azhar Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb.
During the meeting, the King welcomed Dr. Al-Tayeb, praising Al-Azhar's role in disseminating the Islamic Sharia and serving the issues of the Islamic world.
For his part, Dr. Al-Tayeb expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the generous hospitality, commending the Kingdom's great services for Islam and Muslims.
The audience was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh; Advisor to the Royal Court and Member of Council of Senior Scholars Sheikh Dr. Saad bin Nasser Al-Shathri; Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani; Minister of State for African Countries Affairs Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan and Advisor to Sheikh of Al-Azhar Mohamed Abdul Salam.
