The Director General of the Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-UNA) Issa Khaireh Robleh discussed with the Secretary General of the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) Ambassador Ahmed Shaheen the joint cooperation in the fields of training media personnel in agencies of member states and ways of enhancing cooperation in the development and restructuring of the member news agencies in need of support through joint experiences of OIC-UNA and EAPD. During the meeting held in Cairo today, Robleh reviewed a number of issues including the transformation of the International Islamic News Agency (IINA) into the Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-UNA) and its role in the field of coordination and news exchange among the member agencies, in addition to the OIC-UNA's Work Center Training along with its programs being provided for personnel of News Agencies in member states.
