The General Secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars has congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, on the success of Hajj season 1439H in light of great efforts exerted by the Saudi government. In a statement issued today, the Council of Senior Scholars affirmed that serving the Two Holy Mosques is a great honor for the leadership and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, adding that this country harnessed all potentials and capabilities serving the visitors of the Two Holy Mosques in order to perform their rituals in ease and comfort. The council highlighted the giant projects and consecutive expansions in the Two Holy Mosques and the holy sites, stressing that the Saudi government confronted any attempts to incite sedition and harm the rite of Hajj and its sanctity.
