The paper added that by adhering to our common values in our religious beliefs and in universal human rights declaration, referring to the preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights and must treat each other in a spirit of brotherhood. We know that wars and conflicts cause people to flee their homes, their families and their homelands, bin Muammar said.
He reviewed part of the suffering of some refugees in Europe, the classification of immigrant neighborhoods in the ghetto - or a poor and isolated neighborhood areas, where there are a religious or ethnic minorities; citing some exclusionary laws and procedures towards some displaced persons and refugees.
The Secretary-General of the World Center for Dialogue asked whether extremism in recent years, provided by regional instability and the lack of strong leadership in the countries of some troubled societies, has made it fertile ground for violent extremists to manipulate religion.
The result is the displacement and flight of hundreds of thousands who have no means of ensuring security for their families, he concluded.
