Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Meets with Saudi Team Participating in Joint Project "SMART" with KAERI

Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Faleh visited today the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI), as part of his current visit to South Korea.
During his visit, he met with Saudi engineers team that delegated from King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy to participate in developing and designing the the project of System-integrated Modular Advanced ReacTor (SMART).
There are 48 Saudi engineers in South Korea's Daejeon city participating in the joint project with KAERI to prepare the engineering designs for SMART reactor.
Eng. Al-Falih was briefed on the activities and achievements of the Saudi team during the past period.
