Published in Saudi Press Agency on 19 - 11 - 2017

The Kingdom affirmed that it would vote in favor of the decision of the permanent sovereignty of the Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, and to the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural resources, calling on the Member States of the United Nations to comply with humanitarian values and principles and to vote in favor of the resolution that supports the return of the Palestinian people to their stolen land and ending their long suffering which caused humanitarian disasters which are clear for all.
This was stated in the Kingdom's speech at the United Nations to explain the vote on the resolution of the permanent sovereignty of the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and of the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural resources, as part of the work of the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly, which was delivered by the member of the Permanent Delegation of the Kingdom to the United Nations, Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Ghunaim.
