Saudi Food and Drug Authority Suspends Importation of Poultry from Brazilian Facility

Saudi Food and Drug Authority has temporarily suspended the importation of poultry meat and its products from the SHB COMERCIO E INDUSTRIA DE ALIMENTOS S. A facility, citing violations affecting the safety of the final product.
The suspension continues until the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply provides SFDA with a detailed technical report on the corrections of the violations.
