Emanating from the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to sense the needs of male and female citizens and pay attention to their issues, the King ordered that male and female students currently studying at their own expenses in Malaysia shall join the educational mission within Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Foreign Scholarship including students who began their academic studies at recommended universities, approved disciplines or accomplished the required hours in other disciplines.
