The Coalition for the legitimacy, in Yemen, has, frequently, called on the Houthis and the coup forces to evacuate cities, such as Saadah, of its inhabitants, as soon as possible, prior to waging airstrikes against Houthis and pro Saleh forces' strongholds and hideouts.
In the same context, a secret report concluded by UN experts, observing imposition of sanctions on Yemen, accused Houthis of using civilians as human shields.
