Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, discussed with visiting President of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro ways of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields, particularly enhancing cooperation in the security field to combat extremism and fight terrorism. This took place during a meeting between the Crown Prince and the Venezuelan President and his accompanying delegation. Also discussed in the meeting, were the developments of the situations in the Middle East and the efforts being exerted towards them in addition to the positions of each country towards them. The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Minister of Interior; Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf, Minister of Interior; Khalid Al-Faleh, Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral resources; and Saudi ambassador to Venezuela Jamal Ibrahim Nasif. On the Venezuelan side, the event was attended by Mrs. Cilia Flores, the first lady of the Republic; a number of government ministers part of the official delegation and Venezuelan ambassador to the Kingdom Khosiba Etchotigi.
