Floods after hurricane "Matthew" caused the displacement of thousands in "North Carolina", as authorities evacuated more people, with the threat of rivers to a large segment of the US state. The governor of North Carolina, Pat McCrory, warned today of a very serious situation in the coming days in central and east of the state, where a number of rivers rose to record levels. "Mathew", the strongest one of hurricanes of the Atlantic since 2007, took the lives of at least a thousand people in Haiti last week before sweeping south-east coast of the United States and kills at least 30 people in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
