Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns the terrorist explosion which took place in Istanbul today, killing a number of people. It extends its sincere condolences to the government of the friendly Republic of Turkey and its heartfelt consolation to the relatives and families of the victims, wishing quick recovery to all the injured people in this terrorist act which is alien to all religions and in breach of all human values and morals. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also reiterated solidarity of Bahrain with the friendly Republic of Turkey in all steps or procedures taken to protect the Turkish people and confront the abhorred terrorist crimes. Furthermore, it calls for joint regional and international efforts and reinforce cooperation and coordination among the world countries to root out all forms of terrorism, address its causes and dry out its funding sources.
