Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm said the start of the great national transfer strategy coincides with the return of a big number of Saudi female and male graduates from abroad who hold the highest and specialized degrees in a spectrum of specialties, the outcome of a nearly five-year-long scholarship program. The paper said the preparation for this strategy an ideal one not just because it is a response to the oil market price fluctuations, but because it also coincides with the return of caravans of Students on government scholarships. Al-Youm said Saudi Arabia foresees a wide area of optimism of the success of this dream project, particularly that it was initiated and being driven by enthusiastic youth leaderships who are expected to make this qualitative leap and take the country to a safe haven which never remain affected by the crude market authority and fluctuations as it was developing through its human resources' ideas and innovation rather than depending on the yields of its farms or mines. --More 11:41 LOCAL TIME 08:41 GMT تغريد
