ٍShura Council re-forms its specialized subcommittees

Presided over by its Deputy Speaker Dr. Mohammed bin Amin Al-Jeffery and to mark its new fourth year of the sixth session, scheduled to start next Monday, December 14, the Shura Council has re-formed its specialized sub-committees and named their heads and deputies at today's meeting.
In a statement following the meeting, Dr. Yahya bin Abdullah Al-Samaan, Assistant Speaker of the Council, said Majlis Ashshura has given the choice to its members to each join whatever committee, a move successfully meeting first choices by %84, the second by %9 and the third by %7.
The voting for the heads of specialized committees and their deputies resulted in the following order:
Dr. Faleh Al-Sagheer, chairman of the Islamic and Judicial Affairs committee and Dr. Thamir Al-Gheshayan as his deputy.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Otaibi, chairman of the Health committee and Dr. Zainab Abu-Taleb (female) as his deputy
Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rashed, chairman of the Economy and Energy committee and Dr. Fahd bin Jumaa as his deputy
Major General Abdullah Al-Saadoon as chairman of the Security committee and Major General Ali Al-Tamimi as his deputy
Dr. Nasser Al-Dawood, as chairman of the foreign affairs committee and Huda Al-Hilaisi (female) was renewed as his deputy
Eng. Mohammed Al-Nagadi, chairman of the Administration and Human Resources committee and Dr. Dalal Al-Harbi (female) as deputy chairman
Dr. Mishaal Al-Salami as chairman of the Education and Scientific Research committee and Dr. Abdullah Al-Jeghaiman as his deputy
Eng. Mufreh Al-Zahrani as chairman of Hajj, Housing and Services while Dr. Mahmud Al-Bedawe as his deputy
Dr. Ahmed Al-Zaylae continued to be the head of the Culture, Information, Tourism and Antiquities committee and Dr. Fatma Al-Garni (female) as his deputy
Dr. Husam bin Abdulmohsen Al-Anqari as chairman of the Financial committee and Mohammed Al-Raheeli as deputy
Dr. Thuraya Obaid continued to serve as chairwoman of Human Rights and Control Panels and Saud Al-Shamary as her deputy
Dr. Ali bin Saeed Al-Tikhais continued to hold the portfolio of chairman of the Water, Agriculture and Environment committee and Dr. Atallah bin Ahmed Abu-Hasan as his deputy
Major General Nasser Al-Otaibi as chairman of the Transport, Communications and Information Technology and Dr. Awad Al-Asmari as his deputy
Dr. Hamda Al-Enezy as chairwoman of the Social, family and Youths affairs committee and Abdulaziz Al-Hadlaq as her deputy.
