Disabled Children's Association launched today a number of scientific, cultural, awareness, sports and entertainment activities on the occasion of the World Day of Disability, and disability centers around the Kingdom celebrate this occasion over several weeks. On this occasion, Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Disabled Children's Association has expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the support and care being provided for people with disabilities in the Kingdom, and for the government's support to the cause of disability in general, and services, programs and activities of the Association in particular. The Prince noted that the issue of disability in the Kingdom is witnessing a qualitative leap in terms of cultural, awareness, prevention, legislation, care, services, rights, and welfare programs for disabled persons.
