AlQa'dah 19, 1436, Sep 3, 2015, SPA -- Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Mohammed bin Amin Al-Jefri, has stressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's belief in the importance of promoting sustainable development and the creation of its appropriate conditions at various economic, social and environmental levels, and promoting the comprehensive, just and sustainable economic growth opportunities, to increase employment opportunities, raise the level of basic living and promote social development for all citizens. In his speech at New York Fourth International Conference of Parliament Speakers, which concluded its activities on Wednesday, he said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has used its financial resources for the implementation of giant development projects in all vital areas, such as the construction of hospitals, universities, schools, infrastructure development, roads and railways among cities to raise the standard of living of the Saudi citizens in all walks of life, and that the Kingdom has not only succeeded in achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) of the United Nations, but also exceeded the ceiling of a number of them.
