Dialogue within the forum of the Organization for Security and Co-operation (OSCE) in Europe offers the best hope for ending the Ukraine crisis and restoring European security, dpa cited German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier as saying Thursday in Vienna. It would take years, however, to rebuild the trust that has been lost by Moscow's annexation of Ukraine's Crimean peninsula last year, Steinmeier told envoys from the OSCE's 57 member countries that also include Russia and Ukraine.
