Sheikh Declaration and the decisions of the Arab Summit Conference at its twenty sixth session and their contents which fully welcome and support procedures carried out by the coalition for the defense and protection of the legitimacy in Yemen and defense of the brotherly Yemeni people who are exposed to seizure of their land, destruction of properties and destabilization by the Houthi militias and the summit's resulting decisions on various issues of concern to the Arab nation, commending the efforts by the Arab Republic of Egypt's government and people under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to host the summit and efforts to make it a success. On the other hand, the Council of Ministers condemned the continued Israeli violations against the unarmed Palestinian people, reiterating the Kingdom's demands of the international community to put pressure on Israel and forcing it to implement resolutions of international legitimacy for the establishment of the independent Palestinian state on its territories occupied since 1967 and confirmed that the Israeli Prime Minister's statements and pledges denying the establishment of the Palestinian state in his reign constitute a flagrant challenge to international will, the principles of legitimacy and resolutions and agreements in this regard requiring the international community to fulfill its responsibilities towards these aggressive policies, restore the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and establish their independent and viable state.
