More than 14 Saudi government and private agencies are taking part in Annual Dubai Investment Forum to be held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with the participation of a number of countries and private companies from around the world. This is the first participation by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Forum since its inception and was chosen as the "Guest of Honor" for this year's session 2015. A press statement from the Forum's Organizing Committee stated that Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) has mobilized distinguished participation by Saudi agencies in the forum and the accompanying exhibition which will be held from March 30 to April 1. The Saudi participation will involve government agencies and private sector companies representing a number of promising investment sectors, while a number Saudi agencies and companies were invited to present the most prominent investment opportunities that abound in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially in targeted sectors in line with the forum's logo "Sustainable Development Through Foreign Direct Investment in Fields of Innovation and Technology Transfer"
