Terrorism Center in addition to its previous support with USD 10 million for its establishment, urging other countries to follow the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards the center to combat terrorism globally and at all levels. 2 / The ministerial council welcomed the UN Security Council Resolution no. 2170 dated on 15, August, 2014 under Chapter VII which condemns spread of serious violations of human rights committed by terrorist groups in Iraq and Syria, particularly Daash Victory Front organizations, and imposes sanctions on individuals associated with these groups. 3 / GCC reiterated on firm stances to renounce terrorism and extremism in all its forms and manifestations, whatever its motives and justifications and whatever its source.
