Eurozone industrial production posted a surprise fall in June, adding to signs that the 18-member economy ended the second quarter on a downbeat note, dpa reported. Output in the currency bloc contracted by 0.3 per cent in June from May when it slumped by 1.1 per cent, the European Union statistics office Eurostat said Wednesday. Year-on-year, industrial production was unchanged in June, Eurostat said.
