General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has experienced a growth in the number of its subscribers who are on the job amounted to 9,089,891, up 30% in 2013, where the private sector represented 98,2% including 1,608,238 Saudi subscribers, compared to 2012. This was announced by GOSI Governor and its Vice Chairman of Board of Directors Sulaiman bin Abdulrahman Al-Gwaiz in his speech cited by the Organization's annual statistical report for 2013. The report presented GOSI overall results of the important aspects undertaken by the Organization each year through its statistical data and analytical readings. It pointed to higher cumulative value of the amounts disbursed by GOSI for the beneficiaries to more than 106 billion Saudi riyals. The annual statistical report further said that the number of subscribed establishments in the social security system at the end of 2013 amounted to 419,485 facility, up 24,9% from 2012.
