The Secretary General of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Koman has expressed his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the ninth anniversary of the King's assumption of power in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he described the King as a unique personality in his achievements in all fields at home and abroad, praying to Allah Almighty to preserve the King for the peoples of the Kingdom and Arab and Islamic nations.
