Saudi Ambassador to Algeria Mahmoud bin Hussein Qattan has expressed his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the ninth anniversary of the King's assumption of power in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on this occasion, the Ambassador commended the King for great developmental achievements in all sectors at home and the enhancement of the Kingdom's status at regional and international arenas.
