Ukraine opposition leader Vitali Klitschko says he wants parliament to remove President Viktor Yanukovych, according to dpa. "Today parliament is the only legitimate organ that can decide," Klitschko said in Kiev. The Verkhovna Rada should - as demanded by the people - determine arrangements for the disempowerment of the president and elections. Another lawmaker has proposed that the parliament institute impeachment proceedings against Yanukovych.
