Sheikh Hasina was sworn in Sunday to a third term as Bangladesh's prime minister, a week after her Awami League-led ruling alliance won elections boycotted by the opposition, dpa reported. She took the oath of office from President Abdul Hamid at his Bangabhaban palace along with her new cabinet, consisting of 29 ministers, 17 state ministers and two deputy ministers, who are to run the government for five years.
