AlHijjah 5, 1434, Oct 10, 2013, SPA -- King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology has revealed that it produced 38 drones bearing the names (Saqr 2, Saqr 3 and Saqr 4). The drones are lightweight, durable and programmable through a land control room. They can hide from radar and reconnaissance devices and are used for research purposes. Supervisor of the National Center for Aviation Technology at the city Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Alhassan said that these drones are made of carbon and fiberglass. In a press statement today, he said that these aircraft also contain advanced communications equipment and provided detailed information on various models of the aircraft.
