Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday said the fire that destroyed a large part of Nairobi's international airport was not the result of a terrorist attack, DPA reported. "We can now at least confirm that there was no element of a terror incident in this fire, there is no evidence of an explosion or an improvised explosive device. This was basically a fire," Kenyatta said. Jomo Kenyatta International Airport was functioning at 70 per cent capacity, he said, and investigations into Wednesday's blaze were ongoing.
