The International Monetary Fund has approved a further $2.29 billion payment to Greece as the latest installment of a bailout program. The IMF said its executive board completed on Monday its fourth review of Greece's performance under an economic program it must follow to qualify for the loans. The latest payout brings the IMF's total disbursements in the Greek rescue program to $10.94 billion, AP reported.
