Second: The Cabinet approved the authorization of General President of Youth Welfare - or his deputy - to discuss a draft memorandum of understanding between the General Presidency for Youth Welfare in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus in the field of sports and sign it in light of the text attached to the decision and then submit the final signed version for completion of the necessary legal procedures.
