The Security Spokesman of Interior Ministry said that the security authorities had spotted on Saturday evening in Awwamiyya town the presence of Morsi Ali Ibrahim Al Ribeh, wanted by security authorities on the list announced on 8/2/1433AH. This wanted man has previously implicated in many criminal acts that targeted the citizens and the people of his hometown, including his participation in the shooting of citizens and security men which led to killing some of them and wounding others. When he was surprised by the presence of the security forces, he tried to flee, but he was shot and injured by security forces. He was taken to the hospital and later he died of his wound. The Spokesman stressed that the security forces will continue pursuing the wanted persons and they appreciate the cooperation and support from the people of the region in tracking down the wanted persons and the enforcement of regulations against them, calling on the remaining 10 wanted persons on this list to surrender themselves to security authorities to clarify their positions. This will be taken into account when considering their cases, the Spokesman said.
