The Director-General of the Executive Office of the Council of Health Ministers of the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Dr. Tawfiq Bin Ahmed Khoja won the "International Technological Platinum Quality Prize for the Year 2013" and "the Certificate of the Seal of Merit in Total Quality Management," for high-quality performance and customers' best satisfaction from the foundation of "Otherways Association Management & Consulting," which is based in France. The award was presented by the President of the Foundation at the annual international conference organized by this institution in Berlin, Germany, March 2013. Dr. Tawfiq Khoja expressed happiness for this honor, hailing the continual support of the Kingdom's leadership.
