designated areas for industrial activities, a committee (or more) shall be formed in each administrative region consisting of delegates from a number of governmental agencies to take inventory of all factories located outside the sites designated for industrial activities, to collect information and data about each factory, to examine the case of each plant separately in light of the information available, and to propose recommendations and appropriate solutions to address and correct its situation, whether to remain in its position or to be moved to a site designated to its activity in the event of non-application of health and environmental standards. The committee shall set sufficient time to make this correction, according to the nature of each factory, and shall propose appropriate arrangements for factories that do not correct their situations within the specified time. With respect to factories to be established in the future: A - The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs shall designate land for industrial use in the appropriate locations in the various regions of the Kingdom.
