Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, received today at his office in Riyadh, Dr. Omar Bin Fouad Hamza. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud ordered granting Dr. Omar Bin Fouad Hamza the Medal of King Abdulaziz of the first-class in recognition of the precious historical material he provided. The precious historical material he provided concerns the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which was held by his father Fouad Hamza, who worked as Under Secretary for foreign affairs and served as an adviser to the late King Abdul-Aziz. During the reception, the Crown Prince decorated Dr. Omar Bin Fouad Hamza with King Abdul-Aziz Medal of the First Class and handed him its certificate. The Crown Prince expressed his appreciation to Dr. Omar Fouad Hamza and his family for the historical material they presented to King Abdul-Aziz Foundation for Research and Archives. Dr. Omar Fouad Hamza expressed thanks for the honor. The audience was attended by Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Special Advisor and Supervisor of the Office and Special Affairs of the Crown Prince, and the Secretary General of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives, Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Sammari.
