The United Nations Organization for Childhood and Motherhood (UNICEF) has appealed for the international community to collect $ 1.4 billion to meet the immediate needs to save the lives of children in 45 countries stricken by conflict, natural disasters and complex emergencies during the current year 2013. The Director of the Office of Emergency Programmes at UNICEF Ted Chaiban confirmed that millions of children are suffering in Syria and taken refuge in neighboring countries to escape the killings, also children and women of Mali and the Central African Republic face threatening of the their lives, and they were living in unsafe and unhealthy conditions.
