Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdul-Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received today at his office here, Bahraini writer Saqr bin Abdullah Al-Moawdah. During the meeting, the writer presented a copy of a book he wrote on the GCC to Dr. Al-Zayani.
