AlHijjah 29, 1433, Nov 14, 2012, SPA - Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed, the Minister of Education, patronized here yesterday an honoring ceremony held by the Board of Trustees of Saudi Equestrian Fund for Saudi Equestrian Team for Hurdle-Jumping which has won gold, silver and bronze medals in Olympic, Arab, Asian Games and World Championship on the occasion of the first period of the Fund, which was established in implementation of the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Equestrian Team included Prince Abdullah bin Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Faisal Al-Shaalan; Khalid Al-Eid; Kamal Bahamdan; Ramzi Al-Dehami; Abdullah Sharbatly; and Dalma Malhas. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed announced that the King has ordered to grant King Abdulaziz Medal to Olympic Knight Khalid Al-Eid, on the occasion of his retirement from international competitions. Earlier yesterday, the Prince opened the "Exhibition of Equestrianism, Foundation, Achievements, and Ambitions". The ceremony was attended by a number of princes.
