A registration form is now circulating within the Filipino communities, and is available with accredited community organizations. Filipinos are urged to contact Filipino community groups in their respective cities for more details.
Filipino community organizations will compile the completed registration forms, and create a database in their respective regions. The database of Filipinos in the Central and Eastern Regions of the Kingdom will be submitted to the embassy in Riyadh, and the database of Filipinos residing in the Western Region will be submitted to the consulate general in Jeddah.
The information requested in the registration form includes (a) name, (b) passport number, place of issue, and date of issue, (c) Iqama number and validity, (d) complete address in Saudi Arabia, (e) telephone and mobile phone numbers, and (f) name, address, and contact information of employers, such as email address, telephone, and fax.
Filipino workers deployed in the Kingdom on family status are also urged to register the names of their dependents and their contact information.
