Published in The Saudi Gazette on 13 - 06 - 2008

Leading UAE real estate developer Fakhruddin Properties signed an AED26 million deal with Al-Aqili Furnishings (AAF) on Monday during the Middle East Hotel Show at Dubai World Trade Center for the furnishing and interior design of Fakhruddin's Coral International Serviced Apartments project at Dubai Sports City.
The deal was signed by Ali Fakhruddin, director of Fakhruddin Properties, and Mansour Khodjasteh, managing director of Al-Aqili Furnishings, and covers the fit-out, flooring, curtains, wall covering, lighting and furniture of 282 units, in addition to the reception area, restaurant and other public areas.
Speaking of the deal, Fakhruddin said Fakhruddin Properties and Al-Aqili Furnishings have “a strong relationship based on our collaboration on prior projects. Because of this experience, and their well-deserved reputation and impressive regional track record, we are confident that Al-Aqili will provide high quality products and services to match the high quality project, and that they will be able to deliver on time, preventing any unnecessary delays.”
Part of the Coral International chain of hotels, resorts, and spas across West Asia, the AED350 million Coral International Serviced Apartments, which will be completed in 2010, is a smart-home enabled freehold development offering 21 luxurious floors that include a swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzi, retail and coffee shops, high-speed elevators and covered parking.
Like everything in Dubai Sports City, Coral International has a sporting element to it, offering state-of-the-art, ultra-modern athletic and residential amenities, including swimming pools, gyms and spas, for those wishing to live and invest in ultra-plush hotel apartments. The project also boasts spectacular views of Dubai Sports City's largest sports stadium.
Coral International presents homebuyers, investors and businesspeople with a solid investment that will be finished to the highest standards in design, technology, comfort and luxury.
The project has proved extremely popular and many investors have already bought space within the development, taking advantage of the Coral International's exclusive location and the luxurious amenities it will offer.
The Fakhruddin Group of Companies established in 1963 and quickly went from strength to strength based on its core values of providing quality products by understanding and then satisfying its customers' needs. __
