DAMMAM: A scheme to classify barbershops in the Eastern Province is being drawn up to address radically varying charges.Under the plan, barber shops, whose prices currently vary from SR5 to SR15, will be classified into three categories according to services provided. Each category will have its own set of charges and a full price list will be made available.Khaleefa Al-Sa'ad, Director of Environment Health at the regional Mayor's Office, said the mayoralty would put the scheme into action “very soon”, but was unable to give a specific date.
