Bakhashab Brothers Holding Co. - dealer of Isuzu trucks in the Kingdom, forged an alliance with Denso Corporation of Japan - one of the leading manufacturers and a global supplier of automotive components - to install air conditioners in Isuzu N-series trucks, popularly known in Saudi Arabia as the “super jumbo”. An entirely new model of N-series truck was introduced in January 2009. Mohammed Saeed Bakhashab, Isuzu Holding Co. sales manager, said “this alliance shall contribute to our strategy which is “Trust and Partnership.” Yasunari Tajima, Bakhashab Brothers Holding Co. vice president, said in a presentation of Isuzu's market in the Kingdom, that “when we look at our sales result in year 2009, we have well maintained the market share at 77 percent. Among Isuzu dealers, we have also maintained No 1 share at 41 percent.” There are 3 engines on the new truck, 4JJ1-TC, 4HK1-TCN and the 4HG1 - which is the applicable engine covered in the alliance with Denso. The truck has excellent accessibility and the cabin is a full- featured workspace designed for maximum utility, safety and comfort. It has “hand wave” design to expand the sense of interior space. Curved surface matches natural movement, assuring the freedom of comfort. The cabin follows the new global standard size –with improved seat slide length, reclining angle and headroom – allowing three adults to ride in comfort.
