Riyadh Marriott Hotel, one of the largest five star hotels in the Saudi capital, is hosting a week-long Mexican Food and Cultural Festival at it's Mosaic Mediterranean Grill & Restaurant on May 22 to June 5 in cooperation with Marriott Hotels in Mexico and Mexican Embassy in the Kingdom. Daily dinner are served with lavish Mexican cuisines especially made to rouse one's taste buds. An spectacular exhibition of authentic Mexican cuisine specially prepared by chef Antonio Torres and chef Santiago Chi of JW Marriott Cancun Resort & spa and CasaMagna Marriott Cancun Resort in Mexico are shown. Their recipes on offer include traditional quesadillas, tortillas, nachos, tacos handmade salsa, delicious seafood and many hot favorites from different regions of Mexico. Moreover, popular Mexican arts and crafts brought from Mexico are on exhibit. Speaking on the occasion of official inauguration of the festival on May 21, Khaldoun Hayajneh, general manager of Riyadh Marriott, said festivals like this would bring chance to local and expatriate community living in Riyadh to experience such fabulous cuisine from around the world like Mexican cuisines and it is our commitment to the community that we would continue bringing more and more festivals like the Mexican Food & Cultural Festival.
