Saudi Hollandi Capital Company (SHC) signed an agreement with Derayah Financial to distribute its mutual funds through Derayah's website, the first site in the Middle East to offer all investment alternatives through a single account. Derayah will distribute the investment funds of the Saudi Hollandi Capital Company to individual investors through its website www.derayah.com. This site is the first and largest unified market for Shariah-compliant mutual funds in the Middle East, and it offers various investment products from many investment companies. This is the 9th agreement that Derayah signs with Saudi banks and investment companies, and it embodies Derayah's vision to offer all investment alternatives from different sources to individual investors through one site and one account. This agreement also increases the number of mutual funds available through Derayah's website to more than 85 funds, with total asset value of over SR40 billion. Tahir Al-Dabbagh, CEO of Saudi Hollandi Capital Company, said: “We are both happy and optimistic about this new partnership with Derayah because it allows us to open new distribution channels for our investment products, and gives us the chance to reach a greater number of individual investors through Derayah's website, the first and largest market for mutual funds in the Middle East.” Taher added: “We are confident that this agreement with Derayah will help us achieve our strategic goals of enhancing our relations with our customers and offering subscriptions and redemption services electronically for the first time, through Derayah's website.” Mohammed El-Kuwaiz, Derayah's managing director, said: “With this new agreement, we look forward to reinforce our position as the first independent company in the Middle East to offer all investment alternatives to individual investor through one site. In the past, investors faced great difficulty in getting information about different funds, but now they can compare the various products and choose freely among them”.SHC joined the increasing number of banks and investment companies offering their mutual funds through Derayah's website.
