Autostar honors top distributors

Top distributors of Autostar pose for a photo session during the annual recognition ceremony.
RIYADH/JEDDAH - Autostar honored its top distributors as part of an annual tradition in recognition ceremonies held in Riyadh, Al-Khobar and Jeddah as sales of spare parts & batteries increased in the Central, Eastern and Western provinces of Saudi Arabia.
For contributing to its continuing sales success, Autostar honored its dealers selling General Motors, ACDelco and Isuzu spare parts as well as ACDelco batteries in Central, Eastern and Western provinces of Saudi Arabia.
In his speech at Riyadh reception, Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Alissa, chairman of Abdullatif Alissa Group, praised Autostar dealers for pushing the sales of spare parts and batteries in 2009. “The distributors are our success partners, and our achievements are in large part owed to them. We hope to continue our fruitful relationship with our dealers around Saudi Arabia in order to provide spare parts and batteries to customers wherever they are.”
Abdul Rahman Eid, spare parts operations manager, Autostar, said the company is very keen to provide ACDelco spare parts and batteries through its distributors throughout the Kingdom.
“Our distributors are instrumental to our success and therefore deserve all the recognition and support that they can get. Autostar will continue to motivate its spare parts and batteries distributors to double their work and achieve more sales.” He then detailed Autostar's 2010 sale programs.
Celso Navarro, director of Customer Service at General Motors Middle East, thanked Autostar distributors and lauded their capabilities for overcoming market difficulties and challenges during the past year, and achieving goals set by the company.
Bader Al-Husami, Middle East Sales and Marketing director at ACDelco appreciated Autostar's gifts to its distributors which will motivate them further.
Autostar distributors received certificates, shields of appreciation and special gifts in recognition of their efforts, as well as confirmation from Autostar as being its success partners.
In Riyadh, Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Alissa, presented the ‘Central Province Highest Sales Growth' award and a voucher for the sum of SR25,000 as an advance payment to buy a car from any of Autostar showrooms to Mohammed bin Nahar Al-Qahtani.
The ‘Central Province Highest Spare Parts Sales' award was presented to Rashid Mohammed Al-Hamad, and was given an Isuzu pickup 2010 by Autostar.
The ‘Special Consideration' award was presented to Mohammed Ali Al-Attas, who receive an 2010 Isuzu pick up, while the ‘Central Province Highest Isuzu Spare Parts Sales' award was awarded to Saeed Ayaid Al-Qahtani along with a voucher for the sum of SR30,000 as an advance payment to buy a car from any of Autostar showrooms.
At Al-Khobar, Sheikh Najeeb Alissa, chairman of the Automotive Sector - Abdullatif Alissa Group - awarded the
‘Eastern Province Highest Spare Parts Sales Growth' award to Al-Jubail Motors Company and a voucher for the sum of SR25,000 as an advance payment to buy a car from Autostar showrooms.
Mamdouh Salem Al-Maglooth meanwhile received the “Eastern Province Highest Spare Parts Sales' award and an Isuzu Pickup 2010 from Autostar showroom as his reward. Jamal Mohammed AMadani got the ‘Eastern Province Highest Isuzu Spare Parts Sales' award and a voucher of the sum of SR30,000 as an advance payment to buy any car from Autostar showrooms.
In Jeddah, Sheikh Najib Alissa presented the awards to winners, including Ahmed Hasan Balubaid who received the ‘Western Province Highest Spare Parts Sales Growth' award, and a voucher for the sum of SR25,000 as an advance to buy a car from any of Autostar showrooms; and Sadiq Mohammed Hamza Al-Khalifa and Company who received the ‘Western Province Highest Spare Parts Sales' award and an Isuzu pickup 2010 from Autostar showrooms.
