A preparatory workshop is set for next Tuesday and Wednesday to lay out the strategic economic issues to be discussed at next December's Riyadh Economic Forum. The workshop, according to member of the secretariat general Fahd Al-Badi, has sought to include voices from every faction of society, with some 275 specialists involved, 95 from outside the Riyadh region, and 58 of them female academics, businesswomen and women with special interests in the economy. “They will all be divided into five groups of their own design to discuss economic and social issues in order to select the five most important,” Al-Badi said. “We will then all have a vote to decide the forum's five central topics.” Attendees at the workshop have also been given prior food for thought by a questionnaire sent out to “government officials and thinkers” on what the 2011 Riyadh Forum should address, Al
