Telecommunications companies Mobily and Zain have stepped up their fight against the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) decision to bar free roaming services by taking them to court. Mobilysaid that it had filed legal action on Wednesday, and Zain later confirmed that it too would follow suit.
