Expansion of Tawaf area
With reference to the report “Study to expand Grand Mosque's Tawaf area” (Jan. 8), I must say the expansion is very much needed. Alhamdulillah this move is now being studied. The Ummah is growing and transport has become easier and affordable. We need more space. The transport links need to be improved and developed with new facilities like trains to reduce the congestion. Also, this will ensure pilgrims won't rush to do Tawaf at certain times.
